Join the DASH Community Lottery to support local projects and have a chance to win cash prizes! For just £5 per ticket, half of the funds go towards enhancing our village, while the other half is split among monthly winners. Simply complete the application form, confirm you’re over 18, and submit your payment by the 25th to enter the next draw. Terms & Conditions

  1. Membership is by application only.
  2. The lottery is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 and over.
  3. Maximum of 4 entries per person.
  4. Monthly cost of £5 is payable by standing order and must be received by 25th of the preceding month (eg. To be in July draw payment must be received by 25th June).
  5. Funds will be split 50/50 between the prize fund and the community fund.
  6. The prize draw will be made on the 1st of the month by a Dalrymple Skeldon & Hollybush trustee.
  7. Anyone wishing to join must complete an application form, once received they will be given a membership number. The membership number must be included in the bank reference each month.
  8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the draw will be notified to members as soon as possible.
  9. Winners will be chosen at random from all entrants where subscription has been paid and verified.
  10. The winner(s) will be notified by email or telephone after the draw has taken place. If the winner(s) cannot be contacted within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner(s) and pick a replacement winner(s).
  11. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered in to.
  12. The draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by Scots Law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts.
  13. Any personal data relating to the winner(s) will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  14. The winning Lottery number(s) and winner(s) name(s) (if opted for publicity) will be published on the Dalrymple Skeldon and Hollybush facebook page and website.
  15. Entry into the Dalrymple Skeldon and Hollybush Lottery will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  16. You are providing your information to the Dalrymple Skeldon and Hollybush Project and not to any other party. Your information will be used only for lottery purposes.
  17. The promoter shall have the right to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
